Currently, the Law Firm is composed of a team of experienced lawyers who have advised on a number of complex commercial transactions, have developed legal concepts of transformations, mergers and divisions of business entities, including acquisitions and sales of companies, and provided legal advice on raising funds and debt restructuring.
